Post-Purchase
How will I receive the products after purchase?
Immediately after completing the purchase, you will receive an email containing a (Direct Link) to the download center, along with all the (Product Details) you ordered. You can start downloading without any delay.
I can't unzip the downloaded files!
Sometimes (ZIP) files don't open correctly using default system tools on Mac or Windows. We recommend using free tools like (KEKA) for Mac or (7-Zip) for Windows — they are much more reliable.
